How to claim your listing
Your company is in the directory because the federal register lists it. You do not register from scratch — you take what is already there.
- 1We email the address the federal register (FMCSA) publishes for your USDOT. That is the only address we use, and we do not keep it.
- 2The link asks for that address and the month and year of your last MCS-150 — the one you filed. Three attempts, then a person takes over.
- 3You choose a password and you are in, with your company in review. The link is good for 90 days.
If the address the register publishes is out of date, or the mailbox belongs to a filing agent, tell us: we check by phone and send the link where it belongs.
